Usage & Applications

  • You plug an RJ-50 male cable from a device (e.g. NI-9237, SCXI) into the adapter’s RJ-50 female receptacle.

  • Then, the signals that were on the RJ-50 pins are exposed on screw terminals, making it easier to wire to sensors, instruments, or other circuits.

  • Useful in test setups, labs, or any scenario where you want to avoid soldering or crimp connectors for prototyping or easy reconfiguration.
